We want to know just as much about you as your business.
We want you to know who we are, what we represent, where we work (downtown with a putting green in our office) and why you should seriously consider using us for your Google ranking needs.
We conduct a thorough website audit and competitor analysis to get a sound understanding of you, your competitors, your industry, what you sell and the difficulty of getting you to that top spot on Google. Some of the parts we look at on your site are mobile responsiveness, navigation, user friendliness, performance, call-to-actions, content, Google indexability (made that up) and so on. For your competitor analysis, we check out who are the top players on Google and dissect how they got there. It helps with how we develop your strategy to take those top spots.
Now that we know who you are, where you do business and who your competitors are, we now turn our focus to the keywords that are going to get you to the top. We go through a simple process with you to drive out all the potential keywords someone would use to search for your business. From that large list, we start applying real numbers directly from Google to see what the best ones are to focus on. We distil that list down to a pack of 5 since that is our base package for all our new clients.
Typically we know right off the bat if this is going to be a new site build or upgrade. For those clients that are on the fence because they spent a bunch money on their current site, we will put together a proposal for both, a new site or upgrade their current site. Please note that this is not our main focus at White Hat, our sole purpose is to get Google to like you so they will send as much traffic as possible to your site so you can make more sales.
Now the fun begins. Before we lift a finger on the SEO we first set a baseline of where you are on Google. The purpose of this is to mark the starting line for this amazing new adventure we’re about to embark on.
One month after that we will send you a report showing where all your targeted keywords are on Google in contrast with your original baseline. We feel that this “cold hard numbers” type of report sent to you month after month will demonstrate the value White Hat Marketing can provide you.
Now that our nerd herd is working around the clock implementing our complex link building strategies and on-page optimization for you, we begin seeing how your competitors are reacting to your gains in Google (if they’re even paying attention). We can now take a step back and look at a more long-term, sustainable plan to defend those top Google positions you have.
